Former Agromec Râmnicu-Vâlcea, Now Aldani Master Capital S.A. (AGQR), Targets a New Capital Increase of Over 10,000,000 Lei by Early 2023

Founded in 1991, Agromec Râmnicu-Vâlcea S.A. saw a majority stake of over 52% acquired at the end of 2021 by Kanata Invest Corporation S.A., a Romanian investment company with fully Canadian capital.
Under the management of new investors, the rebranded Aldani Master Capital is in the midst of a transformation and expansion process, focusing on significant capital increases and attracting new shareholders.
