Aldani Master Capital Subscribed Shares Worth 4 Million Lei in Hidroelectrica’s IPO

Aldani Master Capital (stock symbol AGQR), formerly Agromec Râmnicu-Vâlcea, is the third company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange to express interest in participating in Hidroelectrica’s share sale offer. On Monday, the company announced on the BVB that it had subscribed to H2O shares worth 3.4 million lei.

On June 30, the sole administrator of the company approved the subscription of shares with a maximum value of 3.4 million lei in the largest electric power producer in the region. After the IPO closes, Aldani Master Capital will report to the market the number of shares subscribed.
